ALSIMU — P&ID simulator

Two modes only: 💧 Fluid or 💨 Gas — chosen when creating a project. The mode chip shows the active one and is saved in the project.
Operation states need ▶ RUN: valves, pumps & compressors can only be started/opened while the simulation is running.
Deadhead protection: if a running machine's outlet is blocked, PSV/PRV valves on its discharge lift automatically and the product is relieved visibly. If no working relief valve exists, an unprotected deadhead damages the machine after 10 s — watch the live red timer on it. A damaged machine stops, refuses to start, and must be repaired (Reset, or Repair in the inspector).
Vessels: free-text Product name (printed on the vessel); labelled “Liquid” or “Gas” depending on the mode.
Flow drawing: fluid = thick coloured dashes; gas = light, thin puff-style stream moving faster. In gas mode vessels don't drain by gravity.
💾 Save / 📂 Load: project file (.pidproj) with diagram + simulation state (damage included); drag a project file onto the canvas to open it. ↺ Web restores the browser quick copy.
🛡 Design Review: automatic safety/placement audit. ▶ RUN is blocked while errors exist. Click a finding to jump to the component.
Instruments: 25 ISA types, re-typable. Pumps: 11 · Compressors: 7 · Vessels: 36 · Valves: 13.
Connect: click a blue port, then another (instruments use their signal port).
Zoom wheel/pinch · Pan drag grid · Select → red × deletes.
🔒 ▶ RUN locks diagram editing; ⏸ PAUSE to edit again.
